Beinn Sealladh is a modern house with uninterrupted views of the Cairn Gorm Mountains. It is situated on the edge of Nethy Bridge within the Cairngorm National Park and is in an ideal position for walking, cycling, skiing and close to the Abernethy Forest for bird-watching.

Guest Rooms
We have two comfortable rooms – 1 double; 1 twin/double – with a shared bathroom – which is ideal for family and friends. The bathroom has both a bath and free standing power shower. Both bedrooms have electric heating, a hospitality tray and TV, overlooking our gardens; one to front and one to the rear. We have an open dining area and guests have the use of the lounge with wood burning stove.
Breakfasts
We offer an ample and varied choice of cooked or cold items including full Scottish Breakfast. We offer cereals, fruit juice and a large fruit salad. We can cater for any special dietary requirements, if advised in advance.
Parking
There is ample off-road parking for our visitors.
The Garden
Guests are welcome to sit and enjoy the views of the Cairngorms and the farm animals in the field at the rear. There is plenty of space for children to run and play especially with our border collie “Terry” who will be pleased to have company.
Local Activities
We are within a short distance of the RSPB Loch Garten Osprey Reserve, close to the areas frequented by deer, pine martens and capercaillies. We are also only 1 mile from the Speyside Way and welcome walkers and cyclists. For ski enthusiasts we are within easy reach of both the Cairngorm Ski Area and The Lecht.
